PDM Training and Consultancy Ltd (PDM) began trading in January 2000. It operates in two divisions; Training Operations Division and Training Solutions Division. Its Head Office is in Andover, Hampshire, and its 100 strong workforce deliver its services throughout the UK and internationally.
PDM is a provider of high quality training, consultancy and bespoke services and operates in both the public and private sector. PDM has well developed relationships with the Transport, Logistic, Security, Business Support and Customer Care industries, offering Apprenticeship, Diploma, BTEC and NVQ training.
In the Defence sector, PDM works with the Armed Forces and Defence Training Industry companies. We support defence contractors through the production of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Implementation Plans and the provision of training design, delivery and evaluation services, with particular expertise in developing and delivering training solutions for defence sector bids and contracts.
PDM delivers in excess of 7,000 qualifications per year to industry and the UK MoD, utilising commercial and public funding sources. We are ISO and TQS accredited and achieved a status of 'Good' at our most recent Ofsted inspection.
PDM provides vocational training delivered in the workplace including Apprenticeships, NVQs and BTEC qualifications. Much of it is government funded and we are regarded as being among the top 20% of training providers nationally.
