Funding
Wherever possible PDM seeks to utilise public funding in support of training delivery and thereby reduce the direct costs to customers, employers and learners. PDM is expert at sourcing suitable funding streams for specific projects. Where employer or learner contributions are necessary, PDM will take account of the commitment to learning programmes demonstrated by employers in ensuring routine access to learners and facilities, and commensurately reduce the financial costs wherever possible.
