Level 2 Driving Goods Vehicles NVQ (Articulated, Draw Bar or Rigid Vehicles) (Certificate)
This is a formal qualification covering general driving skills, vehicle preparation, load security, route planning and driving the vehicle in restricted spaces. It is aimed at drivers delivering goods in any category of goods vehicles. On commencing the qualification candidates must hold the relevant licence.

Level 2 Traffic Office NVQ (Certificate)
This qualification is suitable for individuals that are involved in planning and organising the land transport movement of goods in a supervised role. It seeks to accredit and develop skills and knowledge about storing, loading and transporting goods as well as customer service, stock control and international road transport regulations.

Level 2 Warehouse and Storage NVQ (Certificate)
This qualification is suitable for those in distribution operations. It seeks to accredit and develop skills and knowledge in areas such as; loading, storing, warehousing, resourcing, transporting loads, multi-drop delivery and auditing stock levels and stock records.

Level 3 Traffic Office NVQ (Certificate)
This qualification is suitable for those working at higher levels in areas such as planning and the organisation of land transport movement of goods. It seeks to recognise and further develop supervisory and/or managerial skills possibly gained at level 2. It is suitable for learners who are routinely involved in applying their knowledge and skills whilst carrying out a broad range of Traffic Office work activities. Their job role will usually have considerable autonomy and/or responsibility and often require them to supervise or manage others as part of a team. Ideally, learners will be working as a traffic coordinator and will already be supervising others or managing resources.

Level 3 Logistic Operations NVQ (Certificate)
This qualification is suitable for those working at higher levels in distribution operations including; procedures for loading, storing, warehousing, resourcing, transporting loads, multi-drop delivery and auditing stock levels and stock records. It seeks to recognise and further develop supervisory and/or managerial skills possibly gained at level 2. It is suitable for learners who are routinely involved in applying their knowledge and skills whilst carrying out a broad range of role specific work activities. Their job role will usually have considerable autonomy and/or responsibility, and often require them to supervise or manage others as part of a team.
