Training Sectors
PDM offer courses in a number of Industry sectors but specialises in Defence, Logistics, Security and Transport.
In the Defence sector much of our work is bespoke, and we work with defence organisations in both the public and private sector.
Significant experience of delivering security training with the British Army over the last 10 years ensures that PDM is adept at the delivery of flexible, fixed and multi-site Security Apprenticeship Training programmes in the workplace.
In the Logistics and Transport sector we offer a range of courses including driving, traffic office, warehousing and distribution. We were classed as 'Outstanding' for our transport operation in our 2011 Ofsted Inspection report.
All of our training is delivered by fully qualified and experienced staff.
We also provide business support training in areas common to all organisations, these include Business Administration, Customer Support, Health & Safety and Management.
PDM is highly responsive to employers’ training needs and learners’ aspirations. Employers highly value the effectiveness of training in increasing business opportunities.
