Business Support Training
PDM is able to offer a comprehensive range of industry recognised training courses and qualifications from Business Skills to Customer Service, Health and Safety and much more. PDM has become adept in the delivery of flexible, multi-site Business Support training services including Apprenticeships, NVQs and Short BTEC courses all of which can be delivered in the workplace.
PDM provides approved and accredited training courses for existing staff and also for those wishing to enter and pursue a career supporting business operations. Our training can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of a broad range of occupational sectors and our ‘short’ Business Support training courses can be complemented by a variety of National Vocational Awards (NVQs) to benchmark and validate the formal training and performance
We were looking for additional office support and taking on two apprentices was seen as both an opportunity to provide jobs with an added qualification, and also a cost effective option. PDM were excellent throughout and managed the whole process for us, from advertising our vacancies to delivering the first training sessions at our office. I would certainly recommend it to any small business and our new recruits are benefiting from Government funding to the tune of around £7,000.
