legislation requires that all employees hold, or are working towards, the appropriate care qualifications.
PDM offer a comprehensive training package ranging from Diplomas and Apprenticeships to mandatory short courses such as Moving & Handling, First Aid and Dementia Care.
Qualified PDM staff visit on a regular basis and course delivery can be tailored to take into account shift and evening work.
