PDM is recognised across the UK as a provider of the highest quality training and consultancy services and is currently delivering in excess of 7,000 qualifications each year to a wide range of public and private sector clients. Through its commitment to delivering high quality, responsive training PDM is one of only a few providers nationally to have gained certification of the Government’s Training Quality Standard (TQS).
PDM is able to offer a comprehensive range of industry recognised training courses and qualifications - PDM is adept in the delivery of flexible, multi-site Apprenticeship, NVQ and BTEC training programmes in the workplace.
PDM provides approved and accredited training courses for existing staff and also for those wishing to enter and pursue a career in a management or supervisory role. Our training can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of a broad range of occupational sectors and our ‘short’ training courses can be complemented by a variety of National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) to benchmark and validate the formal training and performance.
