PDM continue to head in the right direction...
As part of the ongoing commitment to providing high quality services PDM have recently been working with SHM, a consultancy to conduct a business review.  This work was endorsed and funded by LSC South West to assist PDM continue to meet the needs of employers in the region – In summary SHM concluded that PDM is a well run company with great strengths.  As part of the review SHM interviewed some of our customers and the response was generally excellent – Here’s what they thought about PDM…

Train to Gain
Train to Gain is a service to help a business get the training it needs for success by ensuring employees have the right skills to do the best job. Train to Gain can provide free training to help employees gain full Level 2 & 3 qualifications such as an NVQ – Often free of charge for employers and employees.
