Why PDM?

Total commitment to contracts

The commitment provided by PDM in delivering it's services includes the active involvement of its directors and senior managers. All PDM trainers are subject matter experts and always know what they are talking about rather than reading directly from pre-prepared notes. This also means they are able to tackle on the spot issues that a generic trainer may not be able to understand or deal with correctly. PDM is always on hand to ensure that any solution it recommends works and works well.

Single source training solutions

PDM has an in-depth knowledge and broad experience of all aspects of training. It can provide complete solutions from straightforward qualification delivery through to working with the client from scoping, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), development of training courses and material, incorporating the latest delivery technologies and  providing the clients with tailored training, exactly where and how they require it.

PDM is one of only a few providers nationally to have gained certification of the Government's Training Quality Standard (TQS).

Access to Learning

PDM ensures that training programmes are delivered where the customers needs them. Some learning is classroom based and other training is delivered in the workplace, but all of this is delivered at times and locations convenient to the customer. PDM has also invested heavily in technology to support learning and where course structure and facilities permit, its state of the art Learning Management System (PDM Portal) is available to all students.

Cost-Effectiveness

PDM proactively seeks funding streams to support learning programmes and thereby reduce the direct costs to customers, employers and individual learners. Consequently, Some qualifications and training can be delivered at no additional direct cost or at a heavily discounted rate.

Information Advice & Guidance

PDM is fully accredited to the Matrix Standard - A National Policy Framework for Information Advice & Guidance services (IAG). The framework defines the standards to which IAG services should be delivered; we believe that IAG is central to achieving our goal of supporting people to achieve the qualifications necessary for basic employability and for progression to further learning as required. PDM helps learners to make informed choices about their individual learning and development by offering each client an initial interview to explore their needs and aspirations.

We are based in Andover in Hampshire and work throughout the UK and Internationally to provide training to the private and public sector.
